Refund Policy
At Drippy IV, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. Our mobile appointments are scheduled to ensure personalized care and efficient travel routes, so we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation and refund terms.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of your scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service total.

Failure to be present at the appointment location will be charged 100% of the service total.
Refunds:

Once services have been rendered, no refunds will be issued.

If your appointment is cancelled more than 12 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid amount.

In rare cases where Drippy IV must cancel or decline a service (for example, due to distance, medical contraindications, or safety concerns), a full refund will be provided.
Travel Range:

Please note that appointments may be declined if your location is outside our service area. If this occurs, any prepaid amount will be fully refunded.
