Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds are not issued for completed treatments.
Packages, memberships, or promotional offers are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If you book a mobile IV appointment:

You must provide a safe, clean, and appropriate environment for service delivery.
Our team reserves the right to decline service at any location deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Travel fees may apply depending on your location.

IV therapy carries certain risks, including but not limited to: bruising, infection, vein irritation, allergic reactions, and electrolyte imbalances.
